Baked Potato Chips
  • 3 large Baking Potatoes
  • Non-stick spray
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. & scrub potatoes well. (I like to leave the peels on but you can peel the potatoes if it's not your thing.)
  3. Thinly slice potatoes on a Benriner mandolin until you slightly see through them.
  4. Place slices in a bowl of salted ice water to prevent discoloration.
  5. When ready to bake, drain slices and place on kitchen towels or paper towels. Blot to remove any extra water.
  6. Spray a baking sheet and lay slices on. With non-stick spray, lightly mist over the top of the potatoes
  7. Lightly salt & pepper potato slices.
  8. Put in oven for 10 minutes. Turn the slices over and bake for another 5 minutes.
